Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after purchase.

Shipping Times

• UAE (United Arab Emirates): 10-20 business days
• International: 15-30 business days

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status through the provided tracking link.

Customs & Duties (UAE): Orders shipped to the UAE may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. SAH is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
